About the framework
This is a condensed version of the maturity model used in every paid engagement. The full model has 32 sub-dimensions across the same eight pillars, with five evidence-based descriptors for each. The web version is calibrated to give a directional read in two minutes, not a defensible baseline.
The framework is sector-agnostic, but controls, sequencing and pace change materially with regulatory exposure. The report recommends a sprint shape from your inputs; the regulatory overlay gets applied during a real engagement.
