Fixed-scope sprint
A defined piece of work with a fixed fee, a fixed length and a named deliverable. One to twelve weeks. A good starting point if you are not yet sure what you need.
Project delivery
Longer build work, phased, with written sign-off at the end of each phase before the next begins. Typically twelve to twenty weeks.
Fractional or retained
One or two days a week over several months, owning the data agenda while you build the permanent function. Or a smaller monthly retainer for review and design input.
